Inside there are five sheets: Instructions, Services (price list with consumption norms and the master's percentage), Materials (stock with per-gram/ml price), Service Calculation (a cost calculator) and Monthly P&L.
How to Use It
Step 1 — fill in the Materials sheet with prices from your latest purchase. The price per gram or millilitre is calculated automatically.
Step 2 — on the Services sheet, enter client prices and consumption norms: how many grams of color and millilitres of oxide each service uses.
Step 3 — on the Service Calculation sheet, pick a service from the dropdown: the spreadsheet computes material cost, master salary, OPEX and profit per service.
